İlknur Demirtaş, a researcher from TUBITAK, recently took part as a speaker in the 22nd meeting of partners organized by the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures’ (International Bureau of Weights and Measures). İlknur highlighted the interconnected dynamics between climate change, fungal distribution, and mycotoxins.
She reviewed the current situation as well as strategies to be devised to ensure food safety in the face of evolving environmental conditions. Additionally, she shared the current activites held at TUBITAK and outlined works on food safety.
